Development
The department
Payconiq's IT Development department is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with company goals and objectives. We do this by innovating: dedicating time to identify new technologies or trends that could be beneficial to the overall development of our product. In addition, we continue to further improve and maintain our products by developing, designing, testing, and deploying software applications that meet the needs of the organization. We also maintain and update the existing softwares to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
The team
The Development team consists of 61 people, divided into 9 cross-functional squads. We also work with other departments to identify their technology needs and to create solutions that meet their requirements.
