As an experienced IT professional you’re able to bring:

  • The wish to take ownership over everything you do.
  • A self-starter mentality, being able to take the lead on backend software projects and architectural designs.

  • Good communication skills; high proficiency in English and the ability to clearly and concretely express yourself.
  • An analytical mindset with an intrinsic sense of curiosity; being able to see the bigger picture and wanting to understand how things are working at all levels of the system.
  • Positivity and a ‘can-do’ attitude; always looking for ways to create a welcoming environment for colleagues and never shy to take action where needed.
  • Your honest opinion and ability to provide constructive feedback to others.
  • Responsibility for our code quality and system designs.
  • A desire to share knowledge and the ability to act as a mentor to others.
  • The ambition to grow with us and have fun while doing so.


In addition, you’re able to bring some of the following technical expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Frontend/Backend Software Developer, Software Architect, Frontend/Back-end Quality Assurance engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or SRE Developer role
  • Having worked on various projects and experience working with various coding styles and languages.
  • Experience of software architecture and system design.
  • Experience with TDD & BDD.
  • Understanding of Microservices, REST APIs and Event sourcing.
  • Understanding of Java, JavaScript, Spring Frameworks, MongoDB and NoSQL.
  • Understanding of and experience with CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and best practices.
